Inside Sales Representative

Tsubaki of Canada Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for positioning Tsubaki as the service leader by exceeding customer expectations, providing professional point-of-service contacts, and following through on all customer requests.
Key Responsibilities- Exceed customer expectations by providing exceptional service and support.
- Provide professional point-of-service contacts to customers, including quotes, order acknowledgments, and follow-ups.
- Follow through on all customer requests, including but not limited to quotes, order acknowledgments, and follow-ups.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to improve sales and customer service processes.
- Effectively manage priorities, deadlines, and achieve response time objectives.
- Contribute to a positive culture by maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- College diploma or 3 years of relevant Inside Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Commercial or business math skills, including the ability to calculate ratios, discounts, and margins.
- Mechanical aptitude and technical acuity, including drawing interpretation and/or blueprint reading.
- Ability to analyze opportunities and offer appropriate technical and commercial solutions and/or alternatives.
- High attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize tasks, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
