Our Opening and Your Responsibilities

Mettler Toledo needs to add to our Inside Sales team in Mississauga, Ontario. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for inside sales to direct customers, distributors and for providing high-level sales support to both the field sales organization and end-users for an assigned sales territory.

Your responsibilities would include:

- Registering leads, qualifying and distributing them
- Managing customer complaints and warranty, ensure credit return and request
- Responsible for data verification and order entry in SAP
- Managing selected opportunities, creating quotes or performing follow-up activities as needed
- Supporting our Field Sales Representatives by qualifying prospects, making calls and setting up appointments or conducting necessary research
- Covering the full product portfolio across Mettler Toledo

What You Need to Succeed
- A diploma or an Associate's degree in a technical field OR sales, customer service and/marketing experience for at least 2 to 3 years. Inbound or outbound call center experience or worked in an inside sales role before is a plus
- Experience using SAP's CRM system is preferred
- Prior experience with Order Management is a plus
- A daring spirit and a preference for work in a fast-paced sales environment
- A confirmed ability and technical acumen to learn our products and sell our service contracts
- The ability to communicate product knowledge, differentiate from the competition, and solve customer problems
