L’installation de Ville Mont-Royal est une usine de fabrication de boîtes de carton. Elle emploie plus de 140 personnes.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Relevant du Superviseur ressources humaines, le Commis ressources humaines exécute majoritairement et de façon confidentielle des travaux techniques à caractère administratif reliés à la gestion des ressources humaines. Dans son travail, elle assiste le Superviseur ressources humaines ainsi que les membres du personnel de gestion de d’autres unités administratives, au besoin.

Profil : 

Être inscrit à temps plein en 1ère, 2e ou 3e année au baccalauréat en administration des affaires avec profil ressources humaines, en gestion des ressources humaines ou en relations industrielles  Connaissances informatiques (MS Office) Bilinguisme parlé et écrit (anglais, français)

Énumération des tâches :

Dotation

Procède aux affichages de postes et en assure le suivi administratif; Prépare la documentation nécessaire pour assurer le bon déroulement du processus de sélection des candidats; Effectue les vérifications pertinentes lors des processus d’embauche; Effectue des entrevues; Procède au déroulement de la semaine d’intégration des nouveaux employés; Recueille toutes les informations et les documents nécessaires à l’ouverture des dossiers des employés.

Relations de travail

Effectue le suivi administratif des griefs et autres documents liés aux relations de travail; Assure la rédaction de procès-verbaux dans divers comités; Recueille, analyse et prépare les données, les informations et les formulaires relatifs aux dossiers sous sa responsabilité, assure le soutien technique et, le cas échéant, effectue les recommandations appropriées; Gère l’affichage des communications présentées aux employés.

Gestion de la paie et des dossiers d’employés

Rédige les lettres reliées au département des ressources humaines;  Procède au traitement des exceptions (absences, réclamations de temps, etc.), lors des contrôles du calcul de la paye;  Gestion documentaire des dossiers d’employés; Vérifie et corrige, en collaboration avec le service de la paie, les anomalies générées lors du calcul de la paye; Tient à jour les dossiers du personnel (congés, droits parentaux, maladie, absences, etc.) et assure le suivi;  Voit au classement des dossiers sous sa responsabilité selon qu’ils sont actifs ou inactifs, classe les avis d’absence et prépare différents dossiers pour l’archivage.
