**Title**: Aluminum Fabricator **Reporting to**: Fabrication Foreman **Location**: 68 Industrial Drive, Borden-Carleton, PE

**Compensation package**: $20/hr to $35/hr, Overtime starts at 44 hrs/week, 2 weeks/year vacation (4% accrual), Group Benefits ($25k Life, $25k AD&D, 80% Dental, 80% Health, Paramedical, vision, travel allowances), 2% DPSP plan

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate aluminum entrances, storefronts, curtainwall, and doors according to project specifications, blueprints, and design drawings
- Measure, cut, and shape aluminum materials accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment
- Weld, rivet, or bolt aluminum components together
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards and client expectations
- Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and equipment

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience as a Metal Fabricator specializing in aluminum or similar metal fabrication work
- Proficiency in reading blueprints, design drawings, and technical specifications
- Strong knowledge of aluminum fabrication techniques, tools, and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor
- Commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations and procedures
- Positive attitude and energy to work collaboratively in a team environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
