Reporting to the Property Manager, the Property Administrator is responsible for providing assistance with the daily administrative functions of the Quinpool portfolio and for providing excellent customer service to our tenants. This permanent, full-time opportunity is ideal for a positive, energetic, self-starter, who is best suited in a fast paced and dynamic team environment.
What you will do :
•Greet tenants, respond to emails, answer phones and redirect calls
•Administrative duties to support the Property Management team including updating and maintaining tenant files, collection of arrears, and special projects as required
•Prepare electronic leases and oversee credit checks and approvals
•Track rental increases, lease renewals, tenant move outs, tenant insurance
•Other duties as assigned
What you will bring :
•1-2 years’ experience in a similar role
•Previous customer service experience
•Excellent computer skills, including a strong understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
•Highly proactive, strong organizational and multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
•Collections experience is considered an asset
•Knowledge of Yardi is considered an asset
