Manager, Cybersecurity Awareness & Training, Brampton, ON
The Loblaw Cyber Security practice continues to grow, and we are actively seeking to hire an inspiring leader to drive and mature our Cybersecurity Awareness Program. The successful candidate can look forward to being a key contributor in assisting Loblaw to inform and educate our staff colleagues on the latest Cyber trends that may impact them professionally and personal, while continually demonstrating and developing their in-high-demand skills.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and expand the reach of Loblaw’s Cybersecurity Awareness and Training program Design and execute on Anti-Phishing Simulations, and report on results/trend metrics Craft and effectively disseminate cybersecurity communications using our various delivery channels and manage the internal cybersecurity communications portal Continuously find new opportunities to raise visibility of the program, launching regular campaigns, surveys, memos, and present at forums to foster a culture of security awareness and resilience against cyber threats that target people and resources Work with our training and development partners to develop and deploy effective mandatory education for the colleagues Respond to general security related questions received from colleagues Organize and manage awareness events including (but not limited to) roadshows, guest speaker/vendor presentations, vendor booths etc.What you Bring:
High energy, strong work ethic and a deep passion for championing cybersecurity awareness Intermediate cybersecurity knowledge Stay on top of of external security incidents and trends Ability to build strong working relationships Strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills Social Media expertise and event management skills Prior related experienceWhat Loblaw Offers You
