Salary Range
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Information Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security and integrity of our systems and data. This includes identifying and mitigating potential threats, developing and implementing security protocols, and providing training and support to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement robust security policies and procedures to protect against cyber threats.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and develop mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure secure deployment and maintenance of systems and applications.
- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cybersecurity best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging threats and technologies to ensure our security posture remains effective.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on threat analysis and mitigation.
- Proven expertise in security frameworks, regulations, and standards (e.g., NIST, HIPAA, PCI-DSS).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- A strong understanding of cloud security, network architecture, and endpoint security.
- Ability to adapt to changing technologies and priorities.
