About the Job
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks in the corporate department
- Document preparation
- File management
- Conduct legal research
- Assist with client communications
- Work closely with lawyers and other team members to ensure efficient and effective operations in the corporate department
What You Bring
- 8+ years of experience working as a Corporate Tax Law Clerk
- Completion of an accredited Law Clerk or Paralegal program
- Knowledge of corporate law and legal principles
- Experience in document preparation and file management
- Proficiency in legal research and use of legal databases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
