Corporate Tax Manager

Vaco is a leading environmental services company that is committed to providing innovative solutions to its clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled Corporate Tax Manager to join our in-house tax team.

- Prepare quarterly Canadian income tax provisions
- Prepare various Canadian corporate income tax filings and election forms
- Provide tax analysis for financial statement and management reporting
- Assist with the accounting of tax during period-end
- Communicate with CRA and provincial tax authorities
- Prepare working papers to address CRA / provincial tax audit inquiries
- Provide on-going assistance to the VP Tax and Director, income tax
- Coach juniors on various tax matters
- University degree required (major in accounting preferred)
- Professional accounting designation required
- Preference for CPA, In-Depth Tax Course or MTax
- 4+ years of corporate tax experience
- Advanced computer skills, including high proficiency in Taxprep, Excel, and other Microsoft Office products
