Administrative Assistant in Property Management

As part of the role, the Administrative Assistant in Property Management will support the Property Manager in executing administrative tasks related to the property. You will interact primarily with office and retail tenants.

Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, mail, and emails.
• Welcome visitors.
• Perform general tasks such as drafting letters, communications to tenants, emails, and memos, transcription, filing, photocopying, opening files.
• Prepare bids for building work, obtain event permits (fundraising events).
• Produce and verify purchase orders, obtain approval, track invoices, close orders, transmit information to accounting, and file documentation.
• Other related tasks.
Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
• Experience in property management.
• Bilingual in French and English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
• Customer service-oriented.
• Demonstrates autonomy and interpersonal skills.
