Responsibilities

:

· The Customer Relations Representative will provide support to Eclipse Stores Inc. stores, website and customers through phone, email and social media platforms in both French and English.

· Monitor and reply to comments on social media platforms and online reviews in both French and English.

· Manage complex service issues and deescalate situations with customers.

· Translating copy for Eclipse website, emails and social media.

· Translate company policies, manuals, memos and other communications to French-speaking stores.

· Assist with processing ecommerce orders in peak periods.

Qualifications:

College or University degree in an applicable discipline. Completely bilingual and comfortable writing, reading and speaking in both French and English. Ability to translate from English to French and French to English at a high-quality level. Customer service experience, including managing escalated customer situations. Ability to work well with a team. Retail experience would be an asset. Strong working knowledge of Word, Excel, and social media applications
