We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Richelieu Hardware Ltd. in Newfoundland. As a key member of our Inside Sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and respectfully to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Process orders made by email, fax, phone, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
  • Provide follow-up support to customers as required, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Participate in training sessions on new products and services to stay up-to-date on industry developments.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Inside Sales Supervisor.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Efficient computer keyboarding skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the Cabinet & Millwork or related industry.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
