Jouw uitdagingen Je bent werkzaam op verschillende afdelingen van het Business Service CenterJe ondersteunt de Events & Training coördinatoren bij hun dagelijkse werkzaamhedenJe voert administratieve taken uit die betrekking hebben op de HR-processenJe zorgt voor een accurate HR-administratie door de juistheid en volledigheid van documenten te checkenJe behandelt reserveringsaanvragen voor de vergaderzalen en helpt collega's met de meest diverse vragenHet opstellen van (eenvoudige) voortgangsrapportagesOverzicht houden, ondanks je met meerdere uitdagingen tegelijk bezig bentUiteraard denk je met ons mee over het verbeteren van onze processen
Dit neem jij mee Je zoekt een stageplaats van minimaal 6 maanden vanuit jouw MBO- of Hbo-opleidingGoede communicatieve vaardigheden (Nederlands en Engels)Je bent accuraat en administratief onderlegdJe kunt verschillende systemen je snel eigen makenDe termen flexibiliteit, collegialiteit en vriendelijkheid zijn kenmerkend voor jou * Deze eisen geven een richting van het profiel dat wij zoeken voor deze functie. Wat ga jij doen in deze functie?
Als stagiair(e) binnen het Business Service Center heb je een bijzondere rol. Je hebt geen vast honk, maar helpt, afhankelijk van de behoefte, verschillende teams binnen het Business Service Center met de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en bij de administratieve ondersteuning hiervan. Zo kan het bijvoorbeeld zijn dat je binnen het Events & Training team interne opleidingen uitrolt en daarna aan de slag gaat bij ons HR-team om afspraken te maken met kandidaten voor
sollicitatiegesprekken om vervolgens collega's te ontzorgen die een zaal en catering boeken. Het is een rol die veel flexibiliteit vraagt. Het geeft jou de geweldige kans om een kijkje in de keuken te nemen bij verschillende afdelingen

Alle teams waarin je werkt maken onderdeel uit van het Business Service Center (BSC). Het BSC is een afdeling overstijgend team dat ervoor zorgt dat alle operationele activiteiten tot in de puntjes worden uitgevoerd. Het draait binnen het BSC om samenwerken en uiteraard het zo goed mogelijk bedienen van onze (interne) klanten. Allemaal op basis van een flinke dosis werkplezier. Tel daarbij op de team (fun-)activiteiten die regelmatig worden georganiseerd en je hebt het over het leukste team waar je bij wilt horen
