**LTS Protective Services** is **NOW HIRING**.

We are looking to hire security guards for outdoor all year round traffic control positions.

**Job Details**:
Rates start at $17.20/hr depending on experience and site.

Sites located **within the North york area; environment outdoors for full duration of shift**.

Sunday to Saturday 9:00 am
- 17:00 (**operation is open 7 days a week**)

**Requirements**:

- Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard license
- Must be available to work: Days/Afternoons
- Must have customer service skills
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
- ** Must be able to withstand cold as it is an outdoor position**:

- Able to stand and walk for long periods
- Previous Traffic Control experience preferred.

**Mandatory Training**:
**As per our company contract terms, it is your responsibility to ensure that your training is renewed yearly to remain in compliance with our policies and obligations. The following training courses are mandatory for all employees**:

- ** Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA)**:

- ** Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS)**:

- ** Smart Serve**:

- ** First Aid/CPR**:

- ** Resistance Management System Certification** (Handcuff & Baton); Stay Safe (LTS approved training instructors)**

**Duties**:

- Contact the relevant authorities if a crime is committed or an accident occurs.
- Report to supervisors on a regular basis.
- Record any suspicious activities to the supervisor.
