We are looking for an experienced Coordinator to become part of a great team working out of the office in Ottawa East - this role is in the moving industry, so any prior experience with this kind of industry is a MUST

In this role, you’ll be a very important part of the day-to-day operation of the company. You’ll need to be able to think on your feet, remain cool-headed in a crisis, and juggle multiple priorities seamlessly.

This is a permanent role, with benefits and vacation Start ASAP

Advantages

Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding service and administrative support to the department and its stakeholders
- Responsible for managing general email and phone inboxes and responding to general inquiries
- Assist with preparing quotes, liaising with customers and managing and projects
- Respond to routine request from Sales team and other departments
- Coordination between sales, contracts, and operations
- Other duties as needed

Qualifications
- Prior experience in the moving industry a MUST
- Working with government contracts a HUGE asset
- Be strongly skilled in organization, problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking while being committed to excellence
- Have a strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new sales with customers, including add-on services
- 2+ years working in coordination
