A career as an Account Representative at National Bank, your ability to work in synergy with a variety of partners will be a key asset. You’ll use your excellent customer service skills and proactive approach to take charge of clients’ needs. 

Your role:

Open commercial files and assist clients with a variety of transactions Perform checks and analyses to ensure the accuracy of transactions Establish and maintain effective communication with the various partners involved in files (account managers, treasury managers, legal advisors, etc.) Devise solutions that are tailored to client needs Develop lasting business relationships with clients by providing exceptional service Work with the team to continuously improve administrative processes and tools

Your team:

Working in the Commercial Banking sector, you’ll be part of a large team that stands out for its exceptional level of collaboration. In addition to maintaining client relationships and carrying out a variety of tasks, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills through training, hands-on learning, and discussions with experts in your group.

Prerequisites: 

Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and three years of relevant experience Customer service experience  Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel Knowledge of banking services and products for businesses  Good sense of initiative and good level of autonomy Languages: French
