Senior Account Development Representative

Overview
Humanscale is seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as a Senior Account Development Representative. As an integral part of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating clients on the science behind ergonomics while establishing new business, growing existing accounts, and promoting our award-winning ergonomic products.
Responsibilities
- Educate clients on the benefits of ergonomic workplace solutions
- Develop business plans with management to achieve strategic sales objectives
- Maintain sales activity levels and achieve revenue, profitability, and product mix sales goals
- Facilitate presentations for prospective clients and set up product tests or demos as necessary
- Ensure strong relationships with customers and dealer sales reps
- Lead strategic business discussions with dealer principles to meet dealer sales goals
- Maintain a strong understanding of all Humanscale products and consulting services
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 8 years of outside sales experience, 8+ preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Dependable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance
- Proficiency in MS Office
