We are seeking a highly experienced Administrative Assistant to join our clients team in Barrie with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position. If you have 10-20+ years of administrative experience and are looking for a dynamic role in the construction industry, we want to hear from you

- Hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (every other Friday off fully paid)
- $26/hour with an opportunity for a long-term career
- Clerical tasks and general office duties
- Reception and customer service, handling phone calls and inquiries
- Communicating with customers and internal teams, Invoicing and basic bookkeeping, scheduling and coordinating appointments, data entry, and maintaining accurate records
- 10-20+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in the construction industry or related fields is an asset

Responsibilities
- Clerical tasks and general office duties
- Reception and customer service, handling phone calls and inquiries
- Communicating with customers and internal teams, Invoicing and basic bookkeeping, scheduling and coordinating appointments, data entry, and maintaining accurate records

Qualifications
- 10-20+ years of administrative experience
- Excellent computer skills, MS Word, strong Excel skills
- Familiar with AS 400 would be an asset
- Own Transportation and a valid driver's license
- Excellent customer service skills
