Our partner, a leading company in the insurance field, is looking for an administrative assistant for its Westmount office. We are looking for someone who wants to settle down long term.

As an administrative assistant, you will be the key person to provide support to the advisor and will act as his right arm by assisting him in his tasks.

Advantages

- Permanent position
- Schedule Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. or 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (and 100% face-to-face)

- $45,000 to $50,000 annually (35 hours/week)

Responsibilities
The main tasks of the administrative assistant will be:

- Call answering (few calls)
- Management of the advisor's agenda
- Making appointments and follow-ups
- Filter advisor emails
- Management of follow-ups with customers
- Reception position (member of management, advisors, delivery)
- Related administrative tasks to be determined according to your skills

Qualifications

- Structured, organized, Cartesian personality
- Very professional attitude
- Demonstrate autonomy & be proactive
- Master Microsoft tools (Office, Teams, Excel)
- Desire to get involved and propose solutions
- Experience in insurance, an asset
- Bilingual
