As a Logistics Account Manager you’ll be responsible for managing the physical distribution, supply chain, and customer logistics of Signify products and services.

What you’ll do

Define and implement the physical distribution service level agreements of Signify. Monitor its execution, identify non-conformity, and lead corrective actions.

Design and communicate the supply chain part of the Customer Service Offer, including order, delivery, and return policies

Identify continuous improvement plans (quality, productivity, or service): realize deep dive on cost, quality and service, identify root causes, define a yearly roadmap to execute impacting plans with various stakeholders. Build a project pipeline, monitor its progress and results.

coordinate customer logistics with 3PL partners, understand and negotiate customer requirements and solutions, and implement and monitor them for satisfaction and cost.

Represent logistics in customer performance review and establish logistics-to-logistics relationship

Your qualifications

You've a least 5 years of relevant experience as a Customer Logistics Manager with a degree in Business or Supply Chain Management or related discipline

Expertise in Customer Order processes, Global distribution processes and capabilities, finance, and IT systems.

Commitment to customer satisfaction and loyalty

Ability to analyze data and use digital tools

Collaborative mindset and ability to think strategically (analyze situation, propose solutions in line with Customer needs and align with company strategy).

Proficient in communicating, pitching, and negotiating with customers.
