About the Role: As a Vendor Business Manager supporting Broadcom, you will be responsible for monitoring and optimizing the financial performance of the Broadcom product line. Your role will focus on profit and loss (P&L) management, forecasting, and analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities. You will serve as a key point of contact for Broadcom, building strong vendor relationships while ensuring operational efficiency and supporting the success of our sales teams.

Position Level: This role could be classified as Level I or II depending on business needs and the candidate's skill level.This job description is reflective of a Vendor Business Manager II.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and continuously evaluate the P&L for Broadcom’s vendor line, identifying areas for financial improvement and ensuring we meet or exceed revenue targets, Net GM%, and Net GM$.

Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for Broadcom products and services, ensuring effective inventory management to meet customer demand and drive sales growth.

Build and maintain collaborative relationships with Broadcom at an intermediate level, acting as a point of contact for operational matters and vendor escalation.

Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies that promote Broadcom products, identify new business opportunities, and support our shared growth goals.

Identify and resolve operational challenges or bottlenecks in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring smooth operations for the Broadcom vendor line.

Analyze market data and conduct basic market research to identify trends, competitive opportunities, and areas for growth. Present findings and actionable insights in reports and presentations.

Assist with customer inquiries, pricing discussions, and vendor negotiations, providing expert knowledge and fostering positive customer experiences.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate is local to our Mississauga, ON office, capable of working on a hybrid schedule, and exhibits a strong desire to achieve great outcomes

College degree or equivalent work or military experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.

1 - 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally with exposure to product or vendor management. Experience with Broadcom products or similar vendor lines is a plus.

Strong ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations. Proficiency in creating reports and presentations to support decision-making.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to negotiate vendor terms and resolve operational challenges effectively.

A proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational challenges, with the ability to adapt to new systems, processes, and evolving business needs.

Strong multitasking abilities, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to thrive in a professional office setting or remote in a hybrid work environment, depending on business needs.

Ce que vous ferez:

Superviser et évaluer en continu le P&L de la gamme de fournisseurs de Broadcom, en identifiant les domaines d'amélioration financière et en veillant à ce que nous atteignions ou dépassions les objectifs de revenus, le pourcentage de GM net et le montant de GM net.

Développer et maintenir des prévisions précises pour les produits et services Broadcom, en assurant une gestion efficace des stocks pour répondre à la demande des clients et stimuler la croissance des ventes.

Établir et maintenir des relations collaboratives avec Broadcom à un niveau intermédiaire, agissant comme point de contact pour les questions opérationnelles et les escalades des fournisseurs.

Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe de vente pour développer des stratégies qui promeuvent les produits Broadcom, identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et soutenir nos objectifs de croissance partagés.

Identifier et résoudre les défis opérationnels ou les goulets d'étranglement en collaboration avec les équipes internes, en veillant à un fonctionnement fluide de la gamme de fournisseurs de Broadcom.

Analyser les données du marché et effectuer des recherches de base sur le marché pour identifier les tendances, les opportunités concurrentielles et les domaines de croissance. Présenter les résultats et les idées exploitables dans des rapports et des présentations.

Aider avec les demandes des clients, les discussions sur les prix et les négociations avec les fournisseurs, en fournissant des connaissances expertes et en favorisant des expériences clients positives.

Le candidat idéal est local à notre bureau de Mississauga, ON, capable de travailler selon un horaire hybride, et démontre un fort désir d'obtenir d'excellents résultats.

Diplôme collégial ou expérience de travail ou militaire équivalente à partir de laquelle des connaissances et compétences professionnelles comparables peuvent être acquises.

1 à 3 ans d'expérience de travail pertinente, idéalement avec une exposition à la gestion de produits ou de fournisseurs. Une expérience avec les produits Broadcom ou des gammes de fournisseurs similaires est un atout.

Forte capacité à analyser les données du marché, à identifier les tendances et à formuler des recommandations basées sur les données. Maîtrise de la création de rapports et de présentations pour soutenir la prise de décision.

Excellentes compétences en communication, tant écrites que verbales, avec la capacité de négocier les conditions des fournisseurs et de résoudre efficacement les défis opérationnels.

Une approche proactive pour identifier et résoudre les défis opérationnels, avec la capacité de s'adapter à de nouveaux systèmes, processus et besoins commerciaux évolutifs.

Solides capacités de multitâche, avec un engagement à respecter les délais et à maintenir une attention aux détails dans un environnement dynamique.

Capacité à prospérer dans un environnement de bureau professionnel ou à distance dans un environnement de travail hybride, selon les besoins de l'entreprise.
