Vendor Management Focal

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager, Provisioning the Vendor Management Focal will be responsible for maintaining accurate vendor records, facilitating smooth vendor onboarding, and ensuring timely invoice reconciliation
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Create and update vendor profiles
- Ensure accuracy of vendor cage codes, business names, payment terms, and self-auditing forms.
- Maintain up-to-date records of vendor contracts and agreements
- Review and reconcile vendor invoices against purchase/repair orders and receipts.
- Investigate and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders regarding invoice issues
- Guide new vendors through our onboarding process, including electronic business platform setup.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and concerns
- Monitor vendor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
- Primary point of contact for vendor order status

Qualifications:
- Previous experince in an account management or vendor management role
- Post-Secondary education in a relevant field preferred
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is an asset
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Superior written and verbal communications skills, coupled with highly developed interpersonal skills
- Effective analytical and presentation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite **#LI-Onsite**
