Position Overview

Autodesk is seeking an intern Product Manager to join the AEC Solutions - Product Analytics team in our Toronto office. You will be designing and developing some of the most strategic and innovative initiatives currently at Autodesk.

As Product Manager, you will create innovative data products that revolutionize the way our users work by helping them work smarter, more efficiently, and providing insights that transform the way they design and make. You will also be a vital contributor in building our intelligent engagement platform that aims to empower executives, researchers, designers and other product managers to help them make the most informed decisions and develop product strategy. 

Responsibilities

Engage with customers, product partners and organizational leadership to establish the vision, strategy and direction of the product portfolio within your scope

Collaborate with technical teams to discover and deliver the most valuable, viable, and possible solutions to customers

Define and publish success metrics for each capability and function early in the product development life cycle to measure product impact

Monitor product health, engagement and customer feedback to ensure that released products continue to perform as intended

Research and understand customers to prioritize your roadmap and deliver better experiences

Make important decisions based on qualitative and quantitative data. Foster a data-driven culture that accelerates innovation and collaboration

Minimum Qualifications

Be enrolled in the second year for a 2 year MBA program in Canada with 2+ years of experience in product management or an equivalent role with an understanding of product management and SDLC fundamentals

Passionate about data and the power it has to reimagine how customers use complex design software

Experience collaborating between teams to define and provide impactful solutions

Experience writing detailed product specs and documentation to solve complex

Understand complex technical concepts then package them as concise value propositions to all partners

An understanding of platform product principles platform governance and operations practices
