**Who we need**
- You will gather requirements from internal stakeholders, collect information, create templates, gather product specs and plan design, and centralize all of this information into one repository. You will also provide support to the Product Coordinator to complete tasks and research for our Product Roadmap and Inforce Product Management Activities.What you will do
- Gather Information on Plan Design, Financial Arrangements, Pricing Inputs and for all of Securian Canada Verticals;
- Analyze Inforce Product Shelf and Create Product Specs on key variables for Finance, Risk, and Actuarial Teams;
- Assist the Product Coordinator and review our current product shelf and provide insights based on market research, competitors, and industry trends;
- Provide support to our Pricing team to assist in annual renewals;
- Be resourceful in each of our verticals to ensure we gather our information on our products reflect the Securian Canada brand and values, meets the target customer segment, and brings profitability to the company;
- Collaborate across teams in building our brand and key partnerships with a key focus on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.

What you will bring

**The education.** You are a current student with 1-2 years of previous co-op experience in Financial Services.
- **The knowledge. **You have a general understanding of financial concepts, insurance products and services. You also have great networking, negotiation, influencing and creative thinking knowledge and skills.
- **The skills.** You possess excellent communication, project management, documentation and prioritization skills. You are highly organized and have a strong attention to details. You are able to collaborate effectively with a diverse group from multiple disciplines. You are also creative at solving problems and finding win-win solutions.Why join?
