CE QUE VOUS FEREZ

Identifier et sécuriser de nouvelles opportunités d'affaires pour atteindre les objectifs de croissance de l'entreprise.Maintenir une veille constante du marché local pour repérer de nouvelles opportunités commerciales.Développer et entretenir des relations solides avec des clients existants et potentiels.Collaborer avec le département marketing pour planifier et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de développement des affaires.Participer activement à des présentations, à des événements de réseautage et à des conférences pour promouvoir les services de l'entreprise.Travailler avec l'équipe des propositions pour répondre aux appels d'offres et préparer des propositions proactives.Assurer la satisfaction des clients en répondant rapidement à leurs demandes et en résolvant les plaintes de manière efficace.Contribuer à l'amélioration de la rentabilité en respectant les directives de tarification et les marges nettes standard.Superviser les projets et les livrables pour s'assurer qu'ils sont terminés dans les délais convenus.Analyser les résultats financiers pour identifier les tendances et les opportunités d'amélioration.

CE QUE VOUS AVEZ BESOIN

Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en développement commercial dans un domaine pertinent (Administration des affaires, Marketing, Gestion des ventes, etc.).Expérience dans le développement de nouvelles affaires, notamment avec des comptes majeurs.Capacité à établir des relations à long terme avec les clients, avec un focus sur la gestion de la qualité totale.Compétences éprouvées en prospection, négociation, et conclusion de ventes avec des contacts de haut niveau.Excellentes compétences en gestion du temps et en organisation dans un environnement dynamique.Maîtrise des outils informatiques, y compris les programmes Microsoft, et expérience avec les logiciels CRM et/ou ATS.Diplôme d'études postsecondaires dans un domaine pertinent.Depuis 1951, Drake International continue d'être un leader mondial dans le domaine du recrutement flexible et permanent : nous aidons les gens à trouver le bon rôle à n'importe quelle étape de leur carrière, au Canada et dans le monde entier.
