What Your Role Looks Like:
As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes for our clients' Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role gives you full ownership of the strategy and execution, supported by a fully-established system designed to generate results. Your day-to-day will focus on building, analyzing, and troubleshooting ad campaigns. You’ll work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with both internal teams and clients to meet deliverables and KPIs.
Your day-to-day work includes:
Strategizing, executing, and managing a variety of client Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish;
Actively testing, troubleshooting, and analyzing different elements such as offers, targeting, creative, landing pages and placements to drive results that align with clients’ goals;
Determining and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaigns deliver a positive return-on-investment (ROI) for clients;
Collaborating with internal team members and client-facing staff to ensure campaign strategies align with clients' broader business goals and expectations;
Regularly providing insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations for our clients and team members;
Occasionally participating in client meetings to advise on strategy and to support our Client Success Manager;
Staying current on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities within Facebook and Instagram;
Working with valued partners to develop graphics, videos, and ad copy that convert;
Ensuring all campaigns are on-brand and follow the overall marketing strategy;
Assisting with the creation and optimization of landing pages and marketing automations.
What You’ve Got To Offer:
Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (ideally 2+ years)
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly;
Excellent communication skills to effectively report campaign performance and insights to our team;
Knowledge of ad testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques;
Strong work ethic.
Bonus Points If You Have:
Copywriting, graphic design, video editing or other creative skills;
Experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing channels;
Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite/Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Slack, Asana or any other relevant marketing software/applications;
Business degree, communications degree, or similar education or experience is an asset.
