**Role: Digital Marketing Specialist
**About the opportunity**

This role is based in St. George, ON, Canada.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute paid advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Amazon Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions.
- Manage and grow our social media presence across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn by creating and publishing engaging content, including posts, stories, and videos.
- Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages, and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create an Omnichannel experience by ensuring that all digital touchpoints support and enhance our Brands’ positioning, delivering a consistent experience both on
- and offline.
- Monitor performance using analytics tools to identify trends and insights and make data-driven recommendations for future campaigns and initiatives. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to demonstrate results, analyze outcomes and show a positive return-on-investment from digital channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Creative, to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Up to date with current AI trends and how to use various tools to optimize workflow and results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Results-driven mindset and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience or strong knowledge of racquet sports and/or hockey.
