- Collaborate with internal team members and client-facing staff to ensure campaign strategies align with clients' broader business goals and expectations
- Provide insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations for our clients and team members
- Participate in client meetings to advise on strategy and support our Client Success Manager
- Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities within Facebook and Instagram
- Work with valued partners to develop graphics, videos, and ad copy that convert
- Ensure all campaigns are on-brand and follow the overall marketing strategy
- Assist with the creation and optimization of landing pages and marketing automations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (ideally 2+ years)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
- Excellent communication skills to effectively report campaign performance and insights to our team
- Knowledge of ad testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques
- Strong work ethic
Bonus Points:
- Copywriting, graphic design, video editing, or other creative skills

What's In It For You:
- Fully remote position: work from anywhere with a strong internet connection
- Full ownership of campaigns with a clear system for success
- Autonomy and growth: you're not a cog in a wheel here. We are a fast-growing, small team where your work truly makes an impact and you are in the driver's seat of your career
- A wellness-focused culture, including paid days off
- Relaxed work environment with coworkers you'll actually love
- Professional development opportunities, including access to some of the top advertising mentorship programs in the world
