Job Title: Facebook Ads Specialist

As a Facebook Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for driving successful outcomes for our clients' Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns. This role gives you full ownership of the strategy and execution, supported by a fully-established system designed to generate results.

Your day-to-day will focus on building, analyzing, and troubleshooting ad campaigns. You'll work in a dynamic environment, closely collaborating with both internal teams and clients to meet deliverables and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategize, execute, and manage client Facebook ad campaigns from start to finish
  • Test, troubleshoot, and analyze different elements to drive results that align with clients' goals
  • Determine and monitor key performance indicators to ensure campaigns deliver a positive return-on-investment for clients
  • Collaborate with internal team members and client-facing staff to ensure campaign strategies align with clients' broader business goals and expectations
  • Provide insights, performance reports, and actionable recommendations for our clients and team members
  • Participate in client meetings to advise on strategy and support our Client Success Manager
  • Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities within Facebook and Instagram
  • Work with valued partners to develop graphics, videos, and ad copy that convert
  • Ensure all campaigns are on-brand and follow the overall marketing strategy
  • Assist with the creation and optimization of landing pages and marketing automations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns (ideally 2+ years)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively report campaign performance and insights to our team
  • Knowledge of ad testing methodologies and campaign optimization techniques
  • Strong work ethic

Bonus Points:

  • Copywriting, graphic design, video editing, or other creative skills
  • Experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing channels
  • Experience using Facebook Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite/Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Slack, Asana, or any other relevant marketing software/applications
  • Business degree, communications degree, or similar education or experience is an asset
