Job Description
About the Team: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Global Payroll & Benefits, the Payroll Clerk handles payroll entries, employee changes, and benefits administration to keep all data accurate in payroll and HR systems. They also serve as the go-to person for any payroll and benefits-related questions. Strong organizational skills and a customer-oriented mindset are essential.

Make sure payroll entries for Canadian staff are processed on time and accurately, including new hires, status changes, terminations, and records of employment. Handle payroll tasks in HRIS (Workday). Keep our personnel database up-to-date by managing new hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations in the payroll system (ADP WFN). Manage benefits like group insurance, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, clothing allowance, and more. Handle initial employee questions about payroll and benefits through the internal HR ticketing system.How To Excel In This Role:
College degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field. Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) designation is a plus. 1 to 2 years of experience with the full payroll cycle, especially with QC payroll processing. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.What Sets You apart:
