About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join Groupe RP in Montreal.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing full payroll cycles for hourly and salaried employees, overseeing time and attendance, verifying new employee files, reconciling government remittances, and completing year-end activities. They will also respond to employee payroll and benefits inquiries, support recruitment and onboarding, and maintain employee files.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have previous experience as a Payroll and HR Coordinator or in a similar position. You should have extensive knowledge of payroll management software, particularly Nethris, and hold a payroll certification from the Canadian Payroll Association. A minimum of three years of experience in payroll and two years in human resources is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and bilingualism (French-English) are also essential.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience. The role offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
