Description

Le représentant du service technique fournira un soutien technique aux clients à distance et sur place. Ce soutien comprend notamment le traitement des plaintes et des demandes de renseignements des clients conformément à la procédure mondiale de traitement des plaintes. Vous fournirez un soutien technique de première et de deuxième lignes précis et rapide aux clients, ainsi qu’aux ingénieurs d’entretien sur le terrain et à l’équipe de vente pour les produits de la gamme Pathologie à l’échelle locale et dans la région AFO Canada. Vous prendrez des mesures proactives et accomplirez les tâches administratives requises afin de résoudre les problèmes de façon rapide et rentable pour répondre aux attentes des clients, et conformément aux besoins des clients commerciaux et des clients signataires de contrats.

Responsabilités liées au poste :

Fournir une assistance de première et de deuxième lignes aux clients pour les demandes de soutien et les plaintes, en traitant directement les appels téléphoniques, les courriels, etc., du soutien technique pour la gamme de produits Pathologie. Effectuer des diagnostics de panne et des dépannages à distance, à l’aide des compétences et des outils de dépannage à distance.

Utiliser le système SAP CRM (gestion de la relation client) pour assurer le suivi des demandes des clients et la consignation du traitement des appels, en collaborant étroitement avec l’équipe d’inspecteurs de l’assurance qualité pour répondre aux exigences réglementaires en matière de rapports.

Travailler avec d’autres groupes de l’organisation (équipes d’ingénieurs d’entretien sur le terrain, de vente, de l’excellence technique et des plaintes liées à l’assurance qualité) pour résoudre les problèmes des clients et les transmettre à l’échelon supérieur.

Suivre la procédure de traitement des plaintes conformément à QMS 17 et à W13002.

Veiller à ce que toutes les relations de travail respectent les normes en matière d’éthique commerciale d’Agilent Technologies.

Effectuer des démonstrations pour présenter nos instruments et nos solutions de flux de travail de pointe.

Fournir une assistance technique et liée aux applications avant la vente en réponse aux demandes de renseignements des clients sur la gamme de produits Pathologie d’Agilent.

Travailler avec les gestionnaires de comptes et les spécialistes des produits pour fournir aux clients une assistance technique et liée aux applications.

Fournir des conseils à distance et sur les sites des clients, y compris les activités de routine, le dépannage, et l’entretien des instruments et des applications.

Travailler avec l’équipe de service sur le terrain pour réaliser les diagnostics et les réparations des instruments sur le terrain, s’il y a lieu. Aider l’équipe de vente à présenter des solutions globales qui répondent aux besoins et aux attentes des clients.

Préparer et présenter des exposés techniques aux clients.

Organiser des formations portant notamment sur les activités de routine, l’entretien et le développement d’applications sur le site du client, et collaborer avec l’équipe de service pour résoudre les situations difficiles sur le site du client.

​The DGG Remote Sales Organization is a team of Diagnostic & Genomics sales specialist designed to protect, expand, and grow revenue for the Agilent Diagnostic & Genomics Group (DGG). Through the implementation of strategic remote sales initiatives and strong collaboration with the field sales, marketing and service organization, the Remote Account Manager will work with targeted clinical diagnostic & research customers to sell a broad range of Genomics and pathology products that include, reagents, instruments, software, and services.

What you will be doing:

Responsible for selling company products/ and/or services, including instruments, services, consumables and applications, to end-user customers in assigned territory, industry, or accounts primarily through inbound and outbound telephone sales activities.

Acts independently or as part of a sales team and may support a field sales team.

May act as sole sales representative for assigned territory, industry, accounts, or products.

Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in all sales-oriented activities.

Focuses on acquiring new customers and retaining and growing an existing installed base of customers.

Responsible for closing the sale on systems and products by talking to customer via digital means - telephone, email, online store, webchat.

Requires application of in-depth technical knowledge of products, including contracts.

Drive customers to purchase via Agilent’s online store.

Carries team or individual quota.

Qualifications

Qualifications pour le poste affiché :

Baccalauréat en sciences, diplôme en technologie de laboratoire médical ou expérience équivalente.

Bilinguisme (anglais et français).

Plus de 4 années d’expérience dans un large éventail de techniques analytiques en pathologie, y compris l’immunohistochimie, la coloration spéciale, l’hybridation en fluorescence in situ, la coloration primaire, etc.

Excellentes compétences en matière de diagnostic et de dépannage à distance.

Maîtrise de l’informatique et des logiciels.

Capacité de voyager jusqu’à 75 % du temps.

Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent work experience.

4+ years relevant sales experience, preferably in genomics or medical device sales.

Must be bilingual in French and English.

The Canada pay range for this full-time position is 89, - 148, /yr CAD, plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
