Customer Technical Support Representative

Ourclient a leader in the printing industry is seeking skilledindividuals for a role based in New Brunswick. This positioninvolves providing superior customer experiences while reducingdowntime by offering remote technical support for hardware softwareand network issues to both internal and external customers andpartners.
Whatis in it foryou:
Hourly salary of $17.50.
12monthcontract.
Fulltime position:37.50 hours per week.
Weekdayschedule between 8:00 am and 10:00pm.
Onsite work in a dynamicenvironment.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service with active listening empathyand a sense of urgency.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and networking issues atfirst contact using advanced tools like CareAR and remote desktopsolutions.
Communicate thebenefits of resolving issues remotely tocustomers.
Handle escalatedcustomer issues effectively and escalate to the appropriate teamwhen necessary.
Contribute toknowledge systems to improve solutions provided tocustomers.
Execute uniqueprocesses for major account customers to ensure Service LevelAgreements are met.
Diagnoseproblems and validate customer entitlement (e.g. warranty/contractstatus) when remote resolution is notpossible.
Provide feedback onpolicies and procedures to improve the customerexperience.
Maintain uptodateknowledge of products andsoftware.
Represent the companyin a friendly professional and ethical manner in all customerinteractions.
Focus onperformance metrics by delivering excellent customer experiencesand making sound business decisions duringinteractions.
Whatyou will need tosucceed:
Postsecondary education is anasset.
Technical supportexperience is an asset.
Strongproblemsolving skills with experience in troubleshooting technologyissues (e.g. printers mobile devices gaming consolesetc.).
Excellent communicationskills (listening written andverbal).
Ability to workindependently and in a teamenvironment.
Critical thinkingand decisionmaking skills.
Ability to multitask with attention todetail.
High level ofselfmotivation andachievement.
