Dyno Nobel est à la recherche d'un professionnel issu de l'exploitation minière souterraine et à ciel ouvert, intéressé par une croissance professionnelle à long terme dans le domaine de l'approvisionnement en explosifs et de la gestion des comptes.

Le poste sera basé à Val-d'Or (QC), le candidat retenu apportera un soutien aux opérations et gérera les comptes clients avec leadership, aux clients existants et à venir situés dans le secteur minier de Val-d'Or/Abitibi Région du Témiscamingue.

Ce poste est responsable de générer des revenus durables en travaillant en étroite collaboration avec l'exploitation et en gérant les interactions avec les clients avec professionnalisme. Un aspect essentiel de ce poste consistera à établir des relations avec les clients réels et potentiels et à identifier les opportunités ainsi que les risques garantissant que Dyno Nobel est bien positionné pour développer ses activités dans le secteur minier et de la construction.

D'autres tâches comprendront 

Développer et entretenir des relations clients avec les principaux décideurs. Développer un point de contact pour les clients, coordonner les ressources Dyno pour soutenir les clients. La gestion des contrats; préparer des propositions, des listes de prix et surveiller la rentabilité. Prise en charge du support client. Participer à l'analyse P&L pour les clients. Identifier et développer les opportunités de vente. Gérer les prévisions de produits pour les comptes de la région. Participer aux activités de vente en équipe. Démontrer les produits et services Dyno sur les sites des clients potentiels. Connaissance de l'industrie et des opérations régionales pour identifier de nouvelles applications/opportunités système afin de fournir des produits et services à valeur ajoutée aux clients. Identifiez les lacunes, les menaces potentielles ou les opportunités pour la toute dernière technologie de Dyno Nobel. Du point de vue des communications, fournissez des commentaires à la direction locale et aux autres parties prenantes si nécessaire. Travailler avec la direction locale et régionale pour établir des stratégies client. Participer à l'élaboration de plans de marché pour augmenter la part de marché de Dyno Nobel. Soutenir la clientèle par des visites et des suivis réguliers.

Ce que nous recherchons

 Une connaissance des processus d'exploitation minière, de forage et de dynamitage est requise. La connaissance des produits explosifs sera considérée comme un atout. Diplômes d'ingénieurs ; que ce soit dans le domaine minier, civil ou géologique, sont préférés. Un diplôme collégial ou technique combiné à une expérience pertinente sera également considéré. Le bilinguisme en français et en anglais est requis (écrit et parlé). Capacité à travailler en équipe, tout en étant autonome et autonome. 2 à 5 ans d'expérience dans des industries connexes, y compris les ventes et le soutien à la clientèle. Solide expérience dans l'établissement de relations positives avec les collègues, les membres de l'équipe ainsi qu'avec les clients et les parties prenantes. Capacité à se déplacer jusqu'à 20 à 30% dans la région pour couvrir les comptes assignés. Une bonne connaissance pratique des technologies informatiques d'entreprise couramment utilisées. What You’ll Do

Dyno Nobel is searching for a professional from a mining underground & surface mining background, who is interested in long-term professional growth in the field of explosive supply and account management.

The position will be based in Val-D’Or (Qc), the successful candidate will provide support to the operations and manage customer accounts with leadership, to existing and upcoming clients located in the mining sector of the Val-d’Or/Abitibi Temiscamingue region. 

This position is responsible for delivering sustainable revenue by working closely with the operation and managing customer interactions with professionalism. A critical aspect of this position will be to establish relationships with actual customers and potential customers and identify opportunities as well as risks ensuring that Dyno Nobel is well-positioned for growing it business in the mining and construction sector. 

Other duties will include

Develop and maintain customer relationships with key decision-makers. Develop a point of contact for customers, coordinate Dyno resources to support customers. Contract management; prepare proposals, price list, and monitor profitability. Taken ownership of client support. Participate in the P&L analysis for customers. Identify and develop sales opportunities. Manage product forecasting for accounts in the region.  Participate in team selling activities. Demonstrate Dyno products and services at potential customer sites. Knowledge of regional industry and operations to identify new system applications/ opportunities to deliver customer value-added products and services. Identify gaps, potential threats, or opportunities for Dyno Nobel’s newest technology. From a communications standpoint, provide feedback to local management and other stakeholders as necessary. Work with local and regional management to establish customer strategies. Participate in developing market plans to increase Dyno Nobel's market share. Support the customer base through regular visits and follow-ups.

What We’re Looking For

Knowledge of mining, drilling & blasting processes is required. Knowledge of explosives products will be considered an asset. Engineering degrees; either in mining, civil or geological, are preferred. College or technical degree combined with relevant experience will also be considered. Bilingualism in both French and English is required (written & spoken). Ability to work in a team environment, all while being autonomous and self-sufficient.  2-5 years of experience in related industries, including sales and client support. Strong track record of building positive relationships with co-workers, team members as well as clients and stakeholders. Ability to travel up to 20 to 30% in the region to cover assigned accounts. A good working knowledge of commonly used business IT technologies. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
