**About the role**:
The Horne Smelter, located in Rouyn-Noranda, and the CCR Refinery, located in Montreal East, are involved in the manufacture of the copper found in the majority of everyday objects. The company, which has been in business for almost 95 years, employs more than 1,200 people who make up the greatest asset of Glencore’s North American Copper Operations. The company contributes to the responsible supply of a commodity that improves everyday life.

The Horne Smelter is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to manage all activities related to our CMF (Capital Management System) platform.

**More specifically, you will have to**:

- Take charge of project portal presentations, including taking the minutes (in French and English) of meetings, ensuring that the presentation meets standards and train minor and procurement project stakeholders
- Support the management of the Capex project request approval process, including the transcription of presentations into CMF forms (COR, CER, RAE), review of capital expenditure requests and attached documents according to standards.
- Assist with SAP account openings or SAP account adjustment requests and follow up on approvals and reminders as needed.
- Management and software support of the CMF portal platform.
- Inform about CMF updates and transmit information to the rest of the team.
- Ensure the closure of projects and purchase requests opened on the CMF platform and archiving of documents.
- Support project post-mortem meetings and complete "lessons learned" forms

**Skills**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as administration or computer science.
- Good knowledge of the office suite (Excel, Word)
- Functional SAP knowledge
- Good rigor
- Good sense of vulgarization
- Excellent work organization and good team spirit

**Languages**: excellent command of English and French both orally and in writing.
