They are actively seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Technical Support Specialist to join their team.

Responsibilities:

Provide expert guidance to customers, recommending the most suitable products to meet their needs. Prepare customized quotes tailored to each client's requirements, ensuring a seamless experience. Offer comprehensive technical support, leveraging your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve challenges effectively. Take the initiative to propose alternative or complementary products, maximizing value for our customers. Exceed customer expectations through unparalleled service and support.

Qualifications:

Bring your knowledge in industrial automation and customer service to the table, with a minimum of 3 years in a similar role. Demonstrate strong technical analysis skills and a thirst for knowledge in industrial automation. Experience using AutoCAD is a plus. Show a proactive approach to achieving personal and team goals, with a determination to deliver exceptional service. Communicate fluently in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal skills. Hold a DEC or higher in Electromechanics, Industrial Automation or any other related field.

- Prendre l'initiative de proposer des produits alternatifs ou complémentaires, maximisant ainsi la valeur pour nos clients.

- Dépassez les attentes des clients grâce à un service et une assistance inégalés.

Qualifications:

- Apportez vos connaissances en automatisation industrielle et en service client, avec un minimum de 3 ans dans un rôle similaire.

- Démontrer de solides compétences en analyse technique et une soif de connaissances en automatisation industrielle. Une expérience avec AutoCAD est un plus.

- Faire preuve d'une approche proactive pour atteindre les objectifs personnels et d'équipe, avec une détermination à fournir un service exceptionnel.

- Communiquer couramment en français et en anglais, avec d'excellentes compétences écrites et verbales.

- Détenir un DEC ou plus en électromécanique, en automatisation industrielle ou tout autre domaine connexe.
