Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the Saint-Maurice plant, labor movements, the database of management and unionized personnel, monitoring of internal and corporate training and training committee, follow-ups on disability absences and is involved in communications.

Benefits: In addition, while collaborating with the HR Director, this person will administer benefits for management and unionized employees of the Saint-Maurice plant, and will provide expanded support in terms of benefits.

Workforce: The HR Coordinator will keep the organization up to date by carrying out temporary and permanent labor movements according to the CCT. Active participation in production meetings, workforce planning, internal organization meetings for projects impacting production labor needs, annual vacation files. This person will propose and build files to facilitate the monitoring and understanding of the various posting results, permanent positions, and job openings. The HR Coordinator will take care of Benefits Supports within the administration of benefit plans (savings plan, life insurance, medical and dental plan, for all management and unionized employees. Active involvement in the Prysmian share purchase program. Creation of data entries in WD. Also meets with new unionized employees and forwards information from the office. Ensures the dissemination of information of general interest to all management and unionized employees as well as any information related to benefits. If necessary, may be called upon to participate in a special mandate (e.g.: salary survey) and support the St-Maurice plant when the Human Resources Director is negotiating a collective labor agreement. Hiring Participates in the hiring process (interview) and shares comments with the HR Director. Prepares and sends all documents relating to the hiring process (welcoming new employees). Follows up with supervisors for new employees (assessmentbefore 150 days).Responsible for maintaining traceability of meetings. Supports the HR Director in various mandates (e.g.: CCT renewal – propose a new agreement on labor movements, etc.).

Se rapportant à la directrice RH, est responsable pour l’usine Saint-Maurice, des mouvements de main-d’oeuvre, de la banque de données du personnel cadre et syndiqué, du suivi de la formation interne et corporatif et comité de formation, des suivis en absences invalidité et s’implique au niveau des communications.

 : De plus, en collaboration avec la Directrice RH, administre les avantages sociaux pour les employés cadres et syndiqués de l’usine Saint-Maurice et apportera un support élargie au niveau des bénéfices.

 : Maintient à jour l’organisation en effectuant les mouvements de main-d’œuvre temporaires et permanents selon la CCT.

Participation active aux rencontres de production, planification main-d’œuvre, rencontres organisation interne des projets ayant un impact sur les besoins de main-d’œuvre production, dossiers vacances annuelles.

Propose et bâtit des fichiers pour faciliter le suivi et la compréhension des différents résultats d’affichage, postes permanents, ouvertures de postes.

Supporte l’administration des régimes d'avantages sociaux (régime d'épargne, assurance vie, plan médical et dentaire, pour tous les employés cadres et syndiqués. Implication active dans le programme d’achat des actions de Prysmian.

Création des entrées de données dans WD. Rencontre également les nouveaux employés syndiqués et achemine l’information de la permanence.

S'assure de la diffusion de l'information d'intérêt général à tous les employés cadres et syndiqués de même que toute information reliée aux avantages sociaux.

Au besoin, peut être appelée à participer à un mandat spécial (ex. : enquête salariale) et supporter l’usine St-Maurice lorsque la Directrice des Ressources Humaines est en négociation de convention collective de travail.

Participe au processus d’embauche (entrevue) et partage ses commentaires avec la Directrice RH.

Prépare et envoie tous les documents relatifs au processus d’embauche (accueil nouveaux employés).

Assure le suivi avec les superviseurs pour les nouveaux employés (évaluation avant 150 jours). Responsable de conserver une traçabilité des rencontres.

Supporte la Directrice RH dans différents mandats (ex : renouvellement CCT – proposer une nouvelle entente sur les mouvements de main-d’œuvre etc).

Avez un diplôme d’études collégiales en administration, support en Ressources Humaines ou formation connexe reliée; Détenez 2 ans et plus d’expérience en entreprise ou êtes finissant en Ressources Humaines avec une soif d’apprendre; Avez un fort intérêt pour le travail d’équipe; Êtes une personne minutieuse, structurée, organisée, qui a un œil de lynx et qui ne laisse aucun détail passer; Communiquez aisément (communication écrite et orale) en français et pouvez tenir une conversation et comprendre l’anglais fonctionnel; Avez une curiosité débordante qui vous permet d’apprendre et un esprit d’analyse qui vous permet de faire des liens.
