We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at EightSix Network. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR Manager and contributing to the full recruitment cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review organizational structures in supported divisions, promoting a culture of change and growth.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job profiling, sourcing, selection, and interviews, as well as coordinating background verifications and presenting job offers.
  • Process payroll, ensuring accurate tracking of vacation and sick time, and maintaining current employees' records and database.
  • Provide timely and professional support to employees, answering questions and resolving queries.
  • Onboard new hires, creating a positive and engaging experience.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Support our US branches, providing HR expertise and guidance.
  • Assist with other HR projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • University degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in human resources as a generalist, with CPHR certification an asset.
  • Enthusiasm for working in a transforming environment, with a willingness to lead and implement growth and opportunity.
  • Previous experience and/or knowledge of US employment regulations.
  • Sense of organization, ability to manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
  • Commitment to continuing growth and development, with a similar ambition to progress your career.
  • Expertise in MS Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual (French & English) oral and written communication.
  • Ability to maintain internal and external relationships.
