Enterprise Customer Success Manager (Canada, Remote) International Customer Success Team Our Global SaaS client is seeking an experienced, Canada-based Customer Success professional to support their growing international business. As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of global enterprise accounts, guiding customers through onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion to ensure long-term success. What You’ll Do Manage ~50 strategic global enterprise accounts Deliver a seamless customer experience from onboarding through renewal Lead complex renewal processes and maximize net revenue retention Drive product adoption, mitigate risk, and improve customer satisfaction Conduct strategic check-ins, kickoff calls, and business reviews Identify and support account expansion opportunities in partnership with Sales Forecast renewal revenue and prioritize accounts each quarter Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Product, Finance, Marketing, and Support Advocate internally for customer needs and share product feedback Support customer case studies, advocacy efforts, and special projects What You Bring 8+ years in customer success, account management, or sales Experience managing 50+ accounts and owning renewals/negotiations Strong customer-centric mindset and consultative skills Ability to build senior-level relationships and prioritize a strategic book Excellent communication, critical thinking, and commercial acumen 2+ years SaaS experience and Salesforce proficiency Self-driven, adaptable, and effective in fast-paced, remote environments Preferred International sales or customer management experience Experience with channel partners or MEDDPICC methodology BA/BS degree or equivalent experience Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Customer Service Industries IT Services and IT Consulting and Software Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
