If you’re motivated by this momentum, we are hiring YOUR IMPACT The Senior Account Executive (AE) will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships by selling Ateko’s ServiceNow solutions and services. This role requires a consultative sales approach, deep understanding of ServiceNow capabilities, and the ability to align client needs with Ateko’s offerings. Sales Strategy and Execution Develop and execute a territory plan focused on ServiceNow solutions. Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within targeted accounts. Drive pipeline growth through proactive prospecting and networking. Client Engagement Build trusted relationships with stakeholders and senior decision-makers. Conduct discovery sessions to understand client challenges and align solutions. Deliver compelling proposals that demonstrate business value. Collaboration and Leadership Work closely with Solution Consultants (SC) and delivery teams to design winning solutions. Partner with ServiceNow and other strategic alliances to co-sell and maximize joint opportunities. Mentor junior sales team members and contribute to best practices. QUALIFICATIONS Experience 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, preferably with ServiceNow or similar platforms. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding $4M+ annual quotas. Skills Strong consultative selling and negotiation skills. Ability to articulate complex technical solutions in business terms. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Knowledge Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, SPM, CSM, FSM, etc.). Familiarity with digital transformation trends and enterprise workflows.
