About the Role As a Coordinator, Resource Management (Planning) your responsibilities will include: Assist in creating solutions for assurance engagement teams for future work by considering capacity and skillsets of colleagues Collaborate with engagement managers on timelines and needs Make timely changes to schedules as needed Assist other team members with prioritization and challenges Proactively advise Resource Manager, Planning of resource constraints or capacity Work with high volume and time‑sensitive tasks Communicate effectively both verbally and written Chair internal meetings as needed Qualifications Post‑secondary education in business, administration, or a related area Minimum 2+ years working experience in an office environment, ideally in professional services Experience with MS D365 is considered an asset Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication and ability to interact with all levels within the organization Proven client service focus, with an ability to resolve issues quickly with a sense of urgency Strong problem‑solving skills, organized, eye for detail, quick study, curiosity to learn, high integrity of work quality Flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities Benefits Profit sharing, Flex days, RRSP contributions, Firmwide holiday closure, Wellness benefits, Concierge‑like benefits, Work from anywhere in Canada in the summer for 4 weeks, and more Our Culture We’re focused on making a difference in the lives of our clients, our colleagues, and our communities.
