Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet ambitious revenue goals and grow our client base. Cultivate enduring relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor for IT solutions. Identify client challenges and align them with Transpera’s cutting-edge offerings to deliver measurable results. Partner with internal teams to coordinate flawless service delivery and exceed client expectations. Create and deliver persuasive proposals, quotes, and contracts that showcase the value of our services. Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking progress and providing insightful updates to leadership. Proactively generate leads through networking, industry events, digital outreach, and creative prospecting. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging opportunities to refine your approach. What You Bring: A strong background in sales, with a demonstrated ability to consistently surpass targets. A natural talent for building rapport, negotiating effectively, and communicating with clarity and confidence. Experience managing accounts and developing strategies tailored to diverse client needs. Comfort navigating a dynamic, goal-driven environment with agility and poise. Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software to streamline your workflow. An inquisitive mind, eager to understand market shifts and client priorities. 5+ years of sales experience, ideally within IT, technology, or a related field. Why Transpera?
