**Key Responsibilities**:
**- Customer Acquisition**:

- Identify and engage potential clients in target industries such as e-commerce, retail, manufacturing, and distribution.
- Conduct prospecting calls, personalized outreach, and in-person client meetings.

**- Account Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.

**- Sales Strategy Execution**:

- Develop tailored logistics solutions that address customer pain points and operational challenges.
- Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- **Performance Tracking**:

- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.

- Organized: Ability to manage multiple accounts, track sales activities, and maintain detailed records.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital sales tools.
- Knowledgeable: Familiarity with logistics services, including LTL freight, Last Mile delivery, and cross-docking, is a strong asset.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for client visits.
