Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $96,125.00 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work arrangement Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, mental health, and retirement savings plans Supportive work environment that values well-being and inclusion Chance to work with a leading international financial services provider What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Act as a dedicated contact during the implementation, ensuring clear communication with Plan Sponsors and Advisors Ensure sold plan designs are compatible with technology and administrative processes Conduct risk assessments and provide analysis on product and pricing arrangements Collaborate with internal partners to address client requests and issues Maintain relationships with Plan Sponsors and Market Sources by responding to inquiries regarding benefits and administration What is Required (Qualifications) In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions and claims processing systems Strong understanding of Group Life and Health concepts and funding arrangements Clear and effective written and oral communication skills Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset, particularly for clients in Québec Experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities Strategic and creative thinking abilities focused on solution development Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of building relationships We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
