Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $96,125 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in Ontario Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, mental health, and wellness benefits Supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity Access to incentive programs tied to business and individual performance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as a dedicated contact during the implementation process, providing clear communication to stakeholders Ensure sold plan designs can be effectively administered within existing technology and processes Evaluate and determine appropriate non-standard risk assessments for group benefits Provide analysis and technical support regarding product, pricing, and funding arrangements Engage with internal partners to resolve client requests and maintain relationships What is Required (Qualifications): In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions and claims paying systems Strong understanding of Group Life and Health concepts and funding arrangements Exceptional written and oral communication skills Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bilingualism in English and French is a strong asset Experience in negotiating and influencing decision-making processes Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Motivated self-starter with experience working independently in a fast-paced environment #FinancialServices #RemoteWork #CareerOpportunity #DiversityAndInclusion #EmployeeBenefits We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
