Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $96,125.00 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work arrangement Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and mental health coverage Supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity and well‑being Participation in incentive programs tied to business and individual performance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Serve as the dedicated contact during the implementation process, ensuring clear communications with Plan Sponsors and Advisors Ensure sold plan designs are effectively administered within existing technology and processes Evaluate and determine appropriate non‑standard risk assessments for group benefits Provide analysis and technical support regarding product offerings and funding arrangements Collaborate with internal partners to resolve client requests and maintain relationships with Plan Sponsors and Market Sources What is Required (Qualifications): In‑depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions and administrative practices Understanding of funding arrangements, risk analysis, and financial reporting Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical problem‑solving abilities Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to present information effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word, with exceptional attention to detail How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Bilingualism in English and French, especially for candidates in Québec Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision‑making as a negotiator Experience in a fast‑paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Strategic and creative thinking skills focused on finding solutions to unique client needs Experience with Manulife Systems and processes #FinancialServices #GroupBenefits #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
