Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $96,125 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Work remotely from anywhere in Canada Comprehensive and customizable benefits package, including health, dental, and wellness benefits Supportive and inclusive work environment that prioritizes well-being Chance to make a significant impact in the Mid‑Market account business What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as a dedicated contact during the implementation process, ensuring clear communication with sales staff, Plan Sponsors, and Market Sources Evaluate and determine appropriate non‑standard risk assessments for Group Benefits Provide analysis and technical support regarding product, pricing, and funding arrangements Engage with internal partners to resolve client requests and issues, escalating when necessary Maintain relationships with Plan Sponsors and Market Sources by addressing inquiries related to risk, benefits, and administration What is Required (Qualifications) In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions and claims‑paying systems Strong understanding of Group Life and Health concepts applicable to various markets Excellent mathematical aptitude and analytical problem‑solving abilities Exceptional written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bilingualism in English and French, especially for candidates in Québec Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision‑making Extensive knowledge of the employer's systems and processes Experience in negotiating and presenting information effectively Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fluctuating workloads FinancialServices RemoteWork CareerGrowth EmployeeBenefits DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
