Employer Industry: Financial Services Why consider this job opportunity Salary up to $96,125 CAD Opportunity for career advancement and growth within the organization Flexible remote work arrangement Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and wellness benefits Supportive and inclusive work environment that values diversity Access to incentive programs tied to business and individual performance What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) Serve as the dedicated contact during the implementation process, ensuring effective communication with Plan Sponsors and Advisors Evaluate plan designs to ensure they can be administered within existing technology and processes Conduct risk assessments and provide analysis on product, pricing, and funding arrangements Collaborate with internal partners to resolve client requests and maintain relationships with Plan Sponsors Demonstrate expertise in group benefits arrangements and effectively communicate relevant information What is Required (Qualifications) In-depth knowledge of Group Benefits contract provisions and claims systems Strong understanding of Group Life and Health concepts and terminology Proven mathematical aptitude and analytical problem‑solving abilities Exceptional written and oral communication skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) Bilingualism in English and French, particularly for candidates in Québec Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation skills Experience in negotiating and influencing decision‑making processes Strong attention to detail and ability to handle fluctuating workloads Strategic and creative thinking abilities focused on client needs #FinancialServices #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion #BenefitsPackage We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
