Job Summary:

The Creative Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the creative vision and strategy for all brands. We are looking for someone who is autonomous, hands-on, highly organized, has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion. The individual will report to the Marketing Director and work closely with a Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager, a Marketing Specialist, and two Graphic Designers.


This is a part-time position (2 to 3 days per week) with the potential to develop into a full-time role.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the overall creative strategy for the brands, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute campaign and eCommerce photoshoots (local and overseas) that align with the brands’ vision and strategy.
  • Work with the eCommerce and sales team to understand product presentation requirements and deliver assets that enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with photographers, models, and stylists to ensure the photoshoots meet the creative and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee post-production processes, including editing and retouching, to ensure high-quality final assets.
  • Manage the organization and storage of digital assets for easy access and use across various platforms.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, freelancers, and agencies to produce creative assets.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure the best quality and value for the brands.
  • Ensure consistency and integrity of the brand identity across all touchpoints, including packaging, website, social media, and advertising.
  • Develop various digital assets with the design team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fashion marketing.
  • Other ad hoc duties as they arise from project to project.



Requirements:

  • Must have experience in planning and executing photoshoots, including managing productions of medium size or larger.
  • Understanding of the creative process and concepts of editing and retouching.
  • Have creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of current fashion trends, market dynamics, and consumer behavior.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software is a plus.
  • Experience in the fashion and/or sport industry is a plus.
  • Must be fully bilingual (French and English).
  • Must be willing to travel for work.
