Groupe Marcelle is looking for an Assistant Brand Manager - Annabelle, 360 Marketing and Communication for a permanent full-time position.
Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager - Annabelle, the Assistant Brand Manager - Annabelle, 360 Marketing & Communications must have a great capacity for organization, autonomy, and creativity. The objective of this role will be to assist in the development of the brand, the execution of launches and promotions, to coordinate and communicate between the various internal and external departments and above all, to remain a positive and collaborative team player

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Working with the Senior Brand Manager to create and execute the marketing & communications plan & strategy.
- Developing and implementing communication and social media strategies for Groupe Marcelle’s Brand Marcelle, on all platforms (Instagram Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Collaborating with the Senior Brand Manager to create the internal and external creative briefs and execute plans on all media platforms.
- Overseeing and approving the social media content calendar from conceptualization to execution, to support launches and campaigns.
- Ensuring brand consistency and messaging is accurate throughout 360 plans, while building authentic, relevant relationships with consumers.
- Managing and executing with external agency media planning & follow-up.
- Performing creative research and report findings.
- Creating internal brand and media presentations regularly.
- Continually ensuring updates are made to internal brand documents.
- Working with the internal studio to effectively create campaigns, E-Commerce and social media content.
- Organizing national sales meetings (marketing content, and logistics portion) and any other event related to the brand (in-store events, launches, internal events, etc.).
- Completing market analysis and competitors benchmarks.
- Respecting the budget, carry out purchase orders (PO), process invoices and update budgets.
- Coordinating communications and plans to be deployed with the digital, Public Relations, and Social Media teams as well as the various angles to use.
WE WOULD LIKE TO MEET YOU IF YOU HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in administration, Marketing or Communications (an asset).
- 3 to 5 years experience in Marketing & Communications and 360 campaigns.
- Excellent understanding of marketing and communication issues.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good knowledge of the cosmetics market and industry, in addition to retailers and distribution networks.
- Sensitivity to the particularities of the mass market.
AND IF YOU ARE
- Bilingual, English and French, both spoken and written, as you will have to manage the 360 marketing and communication strategies across Canada and will have to work with different players across the country.
- Attentive to details.
- Able to manage multiple priorities.
- Creative - curious, take initiatives and on the lookout for trends.
- Teamwork oriented.
- Rigorous and organized - ability to manage several projects at the same time.
- Autonomous, agile, and flexible - manage emergencies and plan priorities.
