Creative Niche has partnered with a scaling company in the pet product space. As a leader in innovation, they are seeking a Director of Digital and Growth to join their marketing team and elevate their strategies with cutting-edge digital and growth initiatives.


This role will be pivotal in spearheading their digital strategy and driving growth across all online platforms, thereby increasing customer acquisition and revenue. We are looking for a true digital expert who understands digital channels and knows how to optimize them effectively.


Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with the CMO, you will lead the overall digital and growth marketing strategy, focusing on measurable growth and ROI.
  • Drive marketing forward through various technologies, platforms, and methodologies.
  • Stay on top of digital marketing, e-commerce, Amazon, and advertising trends.
  • Act as a strategic leader as well as being hands-on with executional support—it's an all-hands-on-deck environment.
  • Lead the team by inspiring and motivating them to bring forward innovative ideas, fostering an environment of collaboration.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget across various channels: paid search, paid social, Amazon Ads.
  • Participate in annual and quarterly leadership meetings, providing updates on projects, learnings, and optimizations.
  • Focus on scalability and automation, finding new strategies and ways to implement them.


Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience working in a digital/growth capacity.
  • Experience working for a scale-up company preferred
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly with senior stakeholders.
  • Self-starter—we're looking for someone who takes initiative, can bring forward new and innovative ideas, and put them into action quickly.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and participate in discussions/debates, defending your ideas.


Please note that this role requires 3 days onsite in Mount Royal, Quebec.
